PRODUCT DETAIL:
- Material: Our quilts are crafted from a premium Jetiy cotton-poly blend, combining the softness and breathability of cotton with the durability and easy care of polyester.
- Size: 55''x 60'', 60''x 70'', 70''x 80'', 80'' x 90'', 91’’ x 102’’
- Machine Wash: To ensure years of softness and to prevent abrasion, always wash this blanket in cold water on a gentle cycle separately.
- Dry Clean: Recommended to air dry to keep the blanket in immaculate condition for long.
- Tumble Dry: Tumble dry the blanket on gentle cycle with low heat.
- Do Not Bleach: Avoid using iron, bleach or fabric softeners, as the chemicals will reduce the softness of the blanket over time.
Please Note: As each of our products is made to order, there may be approximately a 20% variation in color, pattern, binding and stitches compared to the sample photos. However, we ensure the main design is kept as shown. Additionally, the dimensions of this quilt may have a slight variance of 1-3 inches due to the handmade nature of the product.

REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons other than our mistake
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
The refund will arrive within 7 days, if you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often 1-2 days processing time before a refund is posted.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the order was shipped to you by the gift giver, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know about your return.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $60, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
